Zalando Global Campaigns redesign across the the whole range of apps (iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Web).

The objective was to be able to update the campaign content on all countries and devices in only one step and in a short amount of time. This allowed for multiple international campaigns to be pushed in the store across all devices on a weekly basis reducing effort, human-error and time.

Previous to this redesign all content needed to be localized manually making it very slow, expensive and human-error prone.

This solution created savings in production costs by reducing the amount of assets to create for each campaign, improved consistency and increased conversion rate by around 30%.
